Reminder Hub ("Reminder Hub", "we", "us") operates reminderhub.in, a compliance and renewal management service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email, organisation name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Records you add — the licences, bills, insurance, AMC, GST and other renewal items you choose to track, including dates, amounts, providers and notes.
- Team & company data — members you invite and companies you create.
- Payment details — handled entirely by our payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details; we only retain the plan, amount and a payment reference.
- Technical data — basic logs (IP address, timestamps) needed for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the service — storing your records and sending renewal reminder emails.
- To process subscriptions and send billing-related messages.
- To keep your account secure and maintain an audit trail of actions.
- To respond to your support enquiries.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your records for advertising.
3. Emails we send
Reminder Hub sends transactional emails: renewal reminders, account and security notices, and billing confirmations. These are part of the service. We do not send unsolicited marketing.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that make Reminder Hub work — our hosting provider, our email (SMTP) provider, and Razorpay for payments — and only as needed. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Data security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to your data is scoped to your account and the team members you invite. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
6. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete records at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at no-reply@reminderhub.in.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data. Email us and we will help within a reasonable time.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
