  • Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to test the platform. No credit card is required to register. After 14 days, your limits will restrict new entries unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Billing: Paid plans are billed annually. Payments are processed securely via the Razorpay payment gateway. You agree to pay the fees specified on our pricing page for your selected plan level.
  • Plan Limits: Plans enforce user, company, and record limits. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading your plan subscription.

3. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Reminder Hub is a helper tool to centralize and send email notifications for upcoming renewals. While we strive to ensure 100% email delivery and system uptime, we do not guarantee that notifications will always reach you in time or that the system will be entirely free from errors.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You remain ultimately responsible for tracking your deadlines, paying your bills, and maintaining compliance.
  • Reminder Hub shall not be liable for any penalties, financial losses, expired licenses, service disruptions, or damages resulting from missed deadlines or failed notification deliveries.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
