These terms govern your use of Reminder Hub at reminderhub.in. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Reminder Hub helps you track renewals, bills, licences, insurance, AMC, GST and similar items and sends reminder emails before due dates. Reminders are a convenience aid — you remain responsible for your own compliance, payments and deadlines. We are not liable for any missed renewal, penalty or loss.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite.
- You must be authorised to manage the company data you add.
3. Plans & payment
- Reminder Hub offers a free trial and paid annual plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum).
- Paid plans are billed yearly in advance through Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR on the pricing page.
- Plan limits (users, companies, records and features) are enforced as described on the pricing page.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, no reselling of the service without permission, and no automated abuse of the system.
5. Your data
Your records remain yours. We process them as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
6. Availability
We work to keep Reminder Hub available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may perform maintenance and may update or improve features over time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reminder Hub's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties arising from missed deadlines.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at our place of business.
