Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Reminder Hub. We want to make sure you have a great experience with our compliance & renewal management SaaS.

1. Free Trial and Cancellation

14-Day Trial: We provide a 14-day free trial containing full access to the basic features of the platform (up to 3 records) so you can evaluate the platform. No credit card is required to sign up.
Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your paid subscription plan at any time directly from the Billing settings panel. Upon cancellation, your paid subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and your account will not be charged again. No pro-rata refunds are automatically initiated for the remaining portion of a canceled billing cycle.

We stand behind the quality of our product, but if you are not fully satisfied, we offer refunds under the following guidelines:

Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial upgrade payment or recurring renewal transaction by emailing our support team at info@reminderhub.in. Please include your registered account email, company name, and transaction details.
Eligibility: Refund requests made after the 7-day window are generally not eligible for a refund, except under special circumstances or technical error resolution at the discretion of Reminder Hub management.

Once your refund request is received and approved by our support team, the refund transaction will be initiated immediately.
Razorpay Processing: In compliance with our payment processor Razorpay, the refund amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment source (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at the time of purchase.
Timeline: Please allow 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or payment method statements after initiation.
